Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Attention Keeper services and supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to all other applicable agreements.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.

2. Acceptable Use

Attention Keeper is designed to support travel agents and agencies in managing their business operations. You may use the Service for:

• Managing customer relationships, contacts, leads, and travel bookings
• Creating and sending itineraries, proposals, and travel documents
• Communicating with your clients via integrated email, chat, and messaging tools
• Processing bookings through connected GDS systems (Amadeus) or booking providers (Duffel)
• Managing team operations including tasks, projects, HR, and payroll
• Running marketing campaigns and newsletters to opted-in recipients
• Connecting your own payment processing accounts (Stripe, PayPal) to charge your clients

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors in any way
• Transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, or promotional materials
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including making false bookings, claims, or certifications
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Collect or harvest personal information of others without proper authorization
• Use the Service to compete with Attention Keeper or for competitive intelligence
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing

4. Content Standards

All content uploaded, created, or transmitted through the Service must comply with the following standards:

• Content must be accurate and not misleading to your clients or prospective clients
• Marketing materials must comply with CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable anti-spam regulations
• Travel pricing and availability displayed to clients must not be intentionally deceptive
• Client data stored in the Service must be obtained lawfully with appropriate consent
• Content must not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code

5. System & Network Abuse

You may not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service, including:

• Attempting to bypass security measures or access data not intended for you
• Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of data from the Service
• Introducing viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code
• Overloading, flooding, or attacking the Service (DDoS or similar attacks)
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without authorization
• Using automated tools (bots, spiders, crawlers) to access the Service without authorization

6. Email & Messaging

When using Attention Keeper's integrated communication tools:

• You must comply with CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable anti-spam laws
• All marketing emails must include a working unsubscribe mechanism
• You must maintain accurate sender information and subject lines
• Purchased, rented, or harvested email lists may not be used with the Service
• Bulk messaging must only be sent to recipients who have opted in

7. API & Integration Usage

If you access the Service through APIs or integrations:

• You must respect rate limits and usage quotas
• API access credentials must be kept secure and not shared publicly
• Automated access must not interfere with the Service or other users' experience
• Connected third-party accounts (Amadeus, Duffel, Stripe, PayPal) must be used in accordance with those providers' terms of service

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at support@attentionkeeper.com. We investigate all reported violations and take appropriate action.

9. Enforcement

Attention Keeper reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this AUP, including:

• Issuing warnings to the account holder
• Temporarily suspending access to the Service
• Permanently terminating the account
• Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities
• Pursuing legal remedies for damages caused by violations

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor the Service for AUP violations. Lack of enforcement in any particular instance does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce the AUP in the future.
